If you're in school and not super dependent on money, it's a good place to work. If you like working in retail it's a good place to work and learn from your co-workers and customers. Employee discount is great. If you have the patience and skill sets they need, you can advance in the company.

Home office people are a joke a lot of the times. They are unprofessional, horrible at training, yell at employees, are rude and do not follow simple health code or hr basics in a food environment. You can get paid more with more employee appreciation just about anywhere else. Hours are always cut with the same expectations. I thought I would want to move up and make a career out of this feel good company, but everything I was told was a lie. The declaration is only words and as hard as we try to foster this in the store it is immediately squashed by home office.
