You can get paid more with more employee appreciation just about anywhere else. Hours are always cut with the same expectations. I thought I would want to move up and make a career out of this feel good company, but everything I was told was a lie. The declaration is only words and as hard as we try to foster this in the store it is immediately squashed by home office.

Forced to work off the clock for up to 10 hours a week which is illegal. Essentially lost over 100 labor hours in the span of a year and expected to maintain the same conditions and sales. Virtually no communication from the home office on down. Not enough stores which we are turning around!
